Baker Pep Trias tells the secrets of the trade to forneria students

The students of the IES Josep Sureda and Blanes who are studying the degree in Vocational Training of Forneria received the visit of Pep Trias, Forn i Pastisseria Trias, an establishment that is part of Pa d’aquí. . 

The objective of this talk was to highlight the value of the world of forneria to motivate students and make them aware of the new forneria techniques.In addition, they want to achieve possible replacements within the sector since the lack of young staff is one of the main problems, as Pep Trias himself indicated.
