Forn Can Leu has different types of “pan payés” (country-style bread), such as white, brown and wholemeal, as well as “barra solada” (home made loaf).

 

Apart from the “pan payés” (country-style bread), their specialities are soups, “barrots” (buns) and ensaimadas, plain or filled with “cabello de ángel” (pumpkin strands in syrup), burnt cream, “turrón” (nougat), kinder or apricot.

 

They also make traditional Mallorcan pastries, and during the fiestas of Sant Antoni they prepare the traditional coca of the village of Artà.
