Among the varieties of country bread they elaborate, brown bread stands out, although their most renowned speciality is rye bread.
As for their savoury pastries, the empanadas (panades) and cocarrois are particularly noteworthy. Among their sweet pastries, they make almond gató (biscuit) and ensaimadas, especially
apple ensaimadas, which are the most popular among their customers.
They also make traditional products for each holiday. For Sant Antoni, they prepare espinagades, and for Carnival, the typical ensaimadas de tallades.

Featured information
Joana Rigo and Llorenç Mayol, along with their son, represent the third generation of the family to run the bakery. In the shop, you can see photographs of their grandparents, who started the business.
