At Can Sarasate you can find different types of “pan payés” ( country-style bread), such as white and brown bread, as well as other options such as multigrain, oat and rye bread, as well as loaves and baguettes.

 

They also offer traditional Mallorcan pastries, such as panades, cocarrois, vegetable cakes, pepper cakes, onion and cheese cakes, etc. On the other hand, among their sweet specialities, we can find plain or filled ensaimadas of all kinds, el “brazo de gitano” and “el gató” (cakes).

 

They also make seasonal products and for the different festivities, such as “cocas de Navidad” (Christmas cakes) and “roscón de Reyes” (King cake) for Christmas, and “sobrasada” (Majorcan sausage) and apricot cake for Sant Antoni (Saint Anthony’s Day).
