Dulceliaco tries to be a traditional Mallorcan bakery but gluten-free. Their main characteristic is that all products are made without gluten.

 

Their star products are brown bread made with organic flour and ensaimadas. We can find them in different sizes and varieties, both plain and with various fillings, as well as apricot with sobrassada, cream and tallades.
