Among the varieties of peasants´  bread (pa de pages), you can find brown bread, white bread and wholemeal bread.

 

As for traditional Mallorcan pastries, they make pies filled with meat, meat with peas and fish, vegetable and potato and onion cocarrois, as well as savoury cakes with trempó and vegetables.

 

Among their specialties, the potato cakes and the apricot, sobrassada and almond cakes stand out. They also make plain ensaïmades and those filled with cream, black seed squash jam, chocolate, cream, apricot or slices.

 

In addition, they make seasonal products for different festivities, such as rubiols for Easter and Christmas cakes and anise cakes, as well as the typical espinagades for Sant Antoni.
