Es Forn des Pla de Na Tesa offers traditional Mallorcan bread, white, brown and wholemeal, made with yeast and a traditional recipe. They also make 100% wholemeal xeixa bread, controlling the entire process of this product, from sowing the wheat, harvesting, milling and baking in their bakery.

 

As for pastries, you can find all kinds of ensaimadas, as well as seasonal ones, such as fig and sobrasada, candied orange and chocolate, among others. They also offer rubiols, cremadillos and a wide variety of avant-garde cakes made with natural and seasonal products.

 

In addition, they make traditional products for every holiday, such as turrones and roscón de Reyes for Christmas, espinagadas for Sant Antoni, cakes for Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day, ensaimadas de tallades during Carnival and panellets for All Saints’ Day.
