Forn Ca’n Alba has a wide variety of farmhouse bread, such as white, brown and wholemeal bread.
They also make traditional Mallorcan pastries, both sweet and savoury, such as panades, cocarrois, vegetable cakes and potato cakes, among others.
They also offer both seasonal products and those for the different festivities: espinagades for Sant Antoni, cocas de tajadas for Carnival, crespells and rubiols at Easter, mantecados, roscón de reyes and cocotins at Christmas, etc.
In addition, they have also incorporated new creations such as cookies and cinnamon rolls (cinnamon cakes). We must highlight the preparation of a special loin bread with cabbage for Dijous bo 2024 and the Christmas “troncos” for the festivities.

Joan Alba has been running the bakery since 1996, representing the third generation of bakers. His daughter Àngela joined the business in 2024 to continue the family tradition.
