Gabriel Martorell and Aina Ferrer are the third generation of the Martorell family to run the bakery. Their father, Lluís Martorell, the current owner, invented the cocs, a type of bun with an elongated shape and a hint of sweetness that can be eaten with savoury or sweet ingredients. It is a highly appreciated product in the municipality of Inca.
