Forn de Can Lluís stands out, among many other specialities, for its coca de flan, also known as coca de crema (custard pastry), and cocs (cakes).
They also make traditional Mallorcan pastries, such as different types of panades, cocarrois, savoury pastries, such as cocas with peppers, sweet cocas, cocas de tajadas or ensaimadas.
The trempó sandwiches are also highly requested by their customers.

The business is run by Gabriel Martorell and Aina Ferrero together with their daughter Maria, who represents the fourth generation of the family and has now taken over from his father at the workshop. His grandfather Lluís Martorell, invented the cocs, a type of bun with an elongated shape and a hint of sweetness that can be eaten with savoury or sweet ingredients. It is a highly appreciated product in the municipality of Inca.
