Forn Can Matemales has different varieties of “pan payés” (country-style bread). We can find white, brown and three-grain bread with seeds.
In addition, we can also find “panades” (pie or pastry) and “cocas saladas” (salty cocas), as well as ensaimadas and pastries made with sheets of dough such as llengües, milhojas and doblegats.
