The products are made without any additives, with a sourdough that is more than 70 years old, and all the products are baked in a wood-fired oven.

 

Winner of the Best Brown Bread of Mallorca Contest 2023.

 

With an empanada (panada) filled with rabbit, she won the 2024 edition of the XI Artesania de Mallorca Awards, in the artisan gastronomy category.
