Forn Ca’n Pistola offers a wide variety of country bread, such as white bread, brown bread and wholemeal bread, as well as speciality breads: wholemeal with sunflower seeds and oats, carob bread, chia and wheat bread, salt bread, baguettes, breadsticks, olive oil bread rolls, vienas, magranetas and brioches.

 

Among its specialities are cremadillos, which can be filled with cream, chocolate, angel hair, apple, apricot, white chocolate, sobrasada with honey and butifarrón. In addition, cardinals are available in classic versions and more innovative flavours such as Ferrero, Rafaello, Kinder, strawberry, Oreo, Lotus, coffee and pistachio.

 

They also make ensaimadas with cream, chocolate, angel hair, cream and walnuts, Kinder with almonds, four seasons, cream with chocolate and strawberries, apricot, fruit, etc., as well as all kinds of savoury cakes such as trempó, vegetables, roasted peppers, onion with goat’s cheese, vegetables with fish, with pork loin, among others.

 

In addition, throughout the year they make typical products for each holiday, such as greixera, rotllos, potato and wind fritters, lamb empanadas and roscones de Reyes.
