Specialties
Among the varieties of peasants´ bread, they make white and brown bread.
Their specialities include ensaimadas and Christmas cakes. They also make empanadas (panades), cocarrois and cakes with trempó (a sauce made with tomato, pepper and onion) and vegetables with herring.
They also elaborate traditional seasonal products for every holiday.
