Among the varieties of farmhouse bread, we can find white, brown and wholemeal bread. They also make oat, rye and carob bread.

 

Their specialities include traditional artisan pastries such as sweet and savoury cocas, and coca de ensaimada (ensaimada in the shape of a coca). The panades and sweet cocarrois are also very popular.

 

In addition, they also make seasonal products for the different festivities.

They still have the wood-fired oven in which they bake their products.
