Specialties

Among the varieties of peasants´ bread, they make white, brown and wholemeal bread.

 

Their sweet specialities include ensaimadas, pa de pessic, cocas de cuarto and almond gató. As for savoury pastries, they make empanadas (panades) with different fillings, cocarrois, savoury flatbreads and espinagades.

 

They also make traditional seasonal products for each holiday.
