They make traditional Mallorcan pastries.

 

Their specialities include ensaïmadas, which have the ‘Ensaïmada de Mallorca’ Protected Geographical Indication seal. They make more than twenty different types of ensaimadas, although the typical and classic one is the ensaimada de cabello de ángel or the plain one, which has no filling.

 

They also offer cakes and chocolates.

 

In addition, they make seasonal products for every festivity, of which the turrones (nougat) stand out at Christmas.
