Specialties

In terms of country bread (peasants´ bread) varieties, they make white bread and brown bread. They also offer wholemeal loaves, rye loaves, olive loaves, as well as llonguets, magranetas and Viennese bread.

 

They offer a wide selection of traditional savoury products, such as empanadas (panades), cocarrois and cocas de trempó, peppers and onions with goat’s cheese.

 

Ensaimadas are one of their specialities. These can be plain or filled with cream, cream and walnuts, angel hair, nougat, chocolate, white chocolate, cream and lemon, and tajadas, as well as Kinder chocolate, KitKat, Lotus biscuits, among other fillings.

 

Among the sweet pastries, the rubiols, cremadillos, doblegats, apricot coca, croissants, potato cocas, as well as cakes and tarts stand out. They offer lemon mousse, carrot, cream and fruit, Sacher cake and Kinder chocolate cake, etc., as well as other customised cakes on request.

 

They have typical products that are consumed for each holiday or season, such as monas, rubiols and crespells at Easter, turrones, Christmas cocas, anise cocas, polvorones and mantecados at Christmas and roscón on Three Kings Day. In short, they have their own product for each holiday.
