Among the varieties of peasants bread they make are white bread, brown bread, and whole wheat bread, as well as llonguet and llonguet baguette.
Their potato cakes are their star product, which over time have become a local symbol.
As for traditional sweets, the gató, made with high-quality Mallorcan almonds, stands out, as well as the ensaimadas, which can be plain or filled, and also the individual quarter-sized coca.
They also offer seasonal products such as apricot ensaimadas, sobrasada coca for Carnival, meat pasties (panades) with sweet pastry for Easter, and larger potato cakes and anise coca for Christmas.

They have an outdoor terrace for tasting their products at the Vía Blanquerna location.
They maintain traditional baking techniques that have allowed them to continue using the original wood-fired oven for over 100 years.
