Specialties
Among the varieties of country bread, you can find brown bread, white bread and wholemeal bread. They also make xeixa bread, rye bread and oat bread.
Ensaimadas are one of their specialities, and they make both plain ones and ones with the most classic fillings, as well as Kinder Bueno and Ferrero ones. They also offer XL ensaimada, one meter in diameter, made to order, with the filling of the customer’s choice.
Another of their specialities are rubiols, which are available all year round. These are filled with cottage cheese, black seed squash jam and apricot jam.
They also make cocas de chicharrones (raïssons), Christmas cocas or cocas bambas, as well as pastries such as Swiss rolls filled with cream or truffle, cream or custard sticks, apple pie, llengües, small ensaimadas and cottage cheese coca, among others.
As for traditional savoury pastries, they offer vegetable pies, trempó and roasted peppers, meat pies, meat with peas and chicken with onions, as well as cocarrois.
They also have traditional Mallorcan products for the festivities, such as roscón de Reyes and buñuelos for All Saints’ Day.
