Among the varieties of farmhouse bread, we can find white, brown, wholemeal and rye.
In terms of savoury pastries, they make pies with different fillings, cocarrois, savoury flatbreads and spinagades. They make traditional products for each holiday with their own innovative touches.
They offer personalised cakes, rubiols, cardenales, cremadillos, typical pastries (meringue tongue, cocotines, cottage cheese duchesses), Three Kings’ cakes, mantecados and the “Trianet” (name they gave to the “Tianet”, as it did not win the competition held in San Sebastián).
Also noteworthy is the production of nougat at Christmas. They have opted for nougat cake, which is the only local speciality, to which they add different touches. So, we have the traditional almond cake, carob cake, figs with aniseed cake and Porreres dried apricot with chocolate cake.
