Varieties of bread from the Balearic Islands
Specialties
Among the varieties of peasants´ bread, they make white bread and brown bread every day, and on Wednesdays they also offer whole meal bread.
This bakery is known for its ensaïmadas, especially the apricot and cream ones, made with traditional recipes and great care. They also make savoury cocas with trempó and peppers.
On Sundays they offer a selection of traditional cakes.
Throughout the year, they also make products typical of each holiday, such as roscón de Reyes with different fillings for Christmas. The Easter cake with candied fruit is also worth mentioning.

Brothers Edu, Carles, Teresa and Dori Manzanaro González are the second generation to run the bakery.
They have a wood-fired oven where they bake all their products.
