Varieties of bread from the Balearic Islands

Among the different types of farmhouse bread they offer, you can find white, brown and wholemeal bread.

The bakery also offers traditional Mallorcan pastries, both sweet and savoury, as well as ensaimadas, rubiols, panades and cocarrois, among others.

Another outstanding product is congrets, a traditional sweet from Inca, made with flour, sugar and eggs. This sweet originated in the convent of cloistered nuns in Inca, and is characterised by its light, mild flavour. A perfect accompaniment to coffee and, clearly, a local speciality that is commonly consumed.
