Joan Seguí and Maria Sancho are the fifth generation of the family. Today they keep the Moorish-style wood-fired oven in which they bake their products.
In 2017 they were the winners of the best ensaimada in the world. They also published the book “Forn Sant Francesc. Traditional bakery and pastries” in 2019.
