Specialties

All the white and brown bread they make is 100% sourdough. They also offer carob bread.
The sweet pastries include ensaimadas, both plain and filled. They also offer rubiols, crespells, cremadillos, potato cakes and apricot cakes.
Other specialities include traditional savoury vegetable, trempó, red pepper and onion cakes, panades and cocarrois.
