Among the varieties of bread they make are rye and whole wheat bread, as well as llonguets and Vienna bread, which they use to prepare sandwiches.
The ensaimadas are particularly noteworthy, both plain and filled with apple, chocolate, cream, burnt cream, tallades, apricot, and cream, among many others.
They also offer traditional savory pastries. The panades can be made with meat, meat and peas, chicken and curry, cuttlefish, spicy (with Habanero peppers), cocarrois, and savory vegetable cocas.
As for sweet pastries, the rubiols, which can be filled with all the traditional fillings, and the crespells are particularly noteworthy.
They also make seasonal products that are consumed for each holiday, such as mantecados, polvorones, Christmas cocas, and Christmas logs, as well as the Roscón de Reyes.
