Specialties

The varieties of peasants´ bread include white bread and brown bread.

 

The traditional pastries include empanadas (turnovers) with different fillings, such as meat, meat with peas, chicken with onion and tuna with peppers, as well as cocarrois and savoury cocas, trempó, pepper and vegetable.

 

They have a large selection of ensaimadas (a spiral pastry). They also make rubiols (a spiral pastry with a sweet filling), small and large cremadillos (a spiral pastry with a savoury filling) with different fillings, crespells (a spiral pastry) with plain or dark or white chocolate on top, palmeras (a spiral pastry), duquesas (a spiral pastry) and milhojas (a spiral pastry) made with meringue.

 

They offer the classic almond gató, the potato and aniseed coca, as well as apricot, chocolate and hazelnut sponge cakes. They also make banoffee, mango, nut, truffle with red berries and meringue tartlets.

 

All the products are homemade.
