Among the varieties of country bread are white and brown bread, as well as other types of bread such as loaves and baguettes. They are known for their llonguets (small pastries) and also make squid ink pastries.

 

As for their specialties, they make a wide variety of traditional baked goods such as empanadas (panades), cocarrois (small pastries), and rubiols (small pastries), as well as pastries. Particularly noteworthy are the crème brûlée ensaimada (seared cream), as well as creamy cream puffs and personalized cakes of different types and flavors, such as fruit, chocolate, and apple and carrot, among others.

 

They offer a wide variety of savory cocas (small pastries): the trempó coca (small pastry), the tuna and olive coca (small pastry), the pepper and pork coca (small pastry), the vegetable coca (small pastry) with anchovies and cherry tomatoes. They also make pizzas, which can be made with York ham and mushrooms, barbecue bacon, tuna with cherry tomatoes, and anchovies with cherry tomatoes.
