Among the varieties of country bread, you can find 100% wholemeal bread.

 

As for traditional Mallorcan pastries, they make savoury cocas such as vegetable, trempó and roasted peppers, as well as panades (empanadas) and cocarrois.

 

Their sweet specialities include cardinales, ensaimadas and coca tova with sobrasada and apricot.

 

Throughout the year, they also make traditional products for each holiday, such as cakes for Valentine’s Day, rubiols for Easter and roscones de Reyes for Christmas.

Francisca Mulet and Antoni Campins are the second generation of the family to run the bakery.
