Among the varieties of farmhouse bread, there is white and brown.

 

Their specialities include ensaimadas, both plain and filled with burnt cream, pumpkin jam, apricot, cream, fruit, chocolate, Chantilly cream, etc.

 

They make traditional Mallorcan pastries, such as cocarrois, empanadas (panades), savoury pepper pizzas, trempó and rubiols.

 

They also make traditional products for each festival, such as espinagadas for Sant Antoni, crespells for Easter and roscón de Reyes for Christmas.
