Specialties
Among the varieties of farmhouse bread, you can find white Mallorcan bread, brown bread, as well as 100% wholemeal bread and rye bread.
Their ensaimadas (a spiral pastry) are outstanding, as are the ring-shaped roscones made with ensaimada and sweet pumpkin dough.
One of their specialities is rubiols (a kind of shortbread), especially apricot, as they make their own jam.
They also make seasonal products for each season, such as mantecados (shortbread), polvorones (shortbread with powdered sugar) and nougat cakes at Christmas.

At the Sant Jordi Fira del Caragol (Snail Fair) held on the third Sunday in May, they make a giant ensaimada (a spiral pastry) 2.5 metres in diameter and invite visitors to the bakery to try it.
