Specialties
Among the varieties of country bread, you can find both brown and white bread. They also make xeixa bread and wholemeal xeixa bread, both organic and made with xeixa flour grown on their own farm in Mallorca. They also offer other wholemeal breads with different seeds, such as multigrain bread, rye bread, bread with pumpkin seeds, and dark beer bread with walnuts.
As for pastries, rubiols and ensaimadas are among their specialities. The best-selling ensaimadas are plain, and filled with apricot, black seed squash jam and cream. They also make others with fillings such as chocolate, Mallorcan almond cream, sobrasada, Kinder and crema catalana.
As for empanadas (panades), they prepare them with pork, cuttlefish, meat with peas, among other varieties.
They also offer traditional Mallorcan products for each holiday or season, such as San Juan cakes, buñuelos, Easter pies, etc.
They also offer some typical dishes of the island’s cuisine to take away, such as Mallorcan frito, Mallorcan soups, tongue with capers, potato omelette or suckling pig cooked in a wood-fired oven.

They make their products using traditional methods, with sourdough, and bake them in a wood-fired oven.
