At Pastisseria Ramis, in addition to white and brown country bread, they also offer wholemeal bread, xeixa bread, spelt bread and savoury loaves.

 

They prepare a wide variety of traditional Mallorcan pastries, both savoury and sweet. Among their most outstanding products are panadas, cocarrois, coca salada, coca dulce, rubiols, cremadillos, and picadas de abeja. They also offer the classic poor man’s pie, ronyons, meringue tongues, puff pastries and Manacor-style cardenals

 

They also make seasonal products for each festivity, such as espinagadas, roscones de reyes, sweet cakes with sobrasada for Sant Antoni and gató.
