Bread made from 100% sourdough using organic flour from Mallorca. This flour is stone-ground and prepared specially for the bakery every week.

 

They combine traditional ingredients and elements of Mallorcan gastronomy, such as carob, xeixa flour, almonds, oranges from Sóller, etc., with more modern concepts to create unique products.
