“Empanadas de conejo “on the Day of the Balearic Islands
Forn Can Nadal de Campos has held a workshop organised by ADR Balears through the Pa d’aquí, forn i tradició brand, on the occasion of the Day of the Balearic Islands.
Nadal Lladó decided to elaborate empanada de conejo in which the attendees of the day enjoyed both the preparation and the tasting.
It was a pleasure to have the baker who won the last edition of the 11th de Mallorca Craftspeople Award 2024, in the gastronomy category.
El Forn Can Nadal has been awarded the Pa d’aquí, forn i tradició and Comerços Emblemàtics de les Illes Balears distinction, two projects of ADR Balears of the Regional Ministry of Enterprise, Employment and Energy.
